By using the services of OAK Service and More LLC ("OAK," "we," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

OAK provides commercial cleaning, janitorial, floor care, disinfecting, and related facility services. Service scope, scheduling, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements or proposals.

3. Payment & Cancellation

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Late payments may incur fees. Cancellation policies depend on the type of service and contract terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

OAK is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited as set forth in your service agreement and applicable law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
